    The Sarasota-Manatee campus is where faculty, students and staff actively engage in research that matters to the education of the student, serves as an economic engine for the community and contributes to solutions for some of our most challenging local and global problems. These research topics connect the university with local arts communities, business leaders, civic groups, schools, correctional facilities, law enforcement and other organizations. We have world-renowned faculty researchers in a variety of fields and disciplines available to share their expertise.
