About Us

The Pre-Physician Associate Society at the University of South Florida, Tampa, was created in 2021 in order to represent the many undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career as a Physician Associate. The purpose and goals of this organization is to educate students about the growing PA profession, encourage and support students interested in the field, partner with healthcare professionals and organizations that support PAs, aid in the preparation and application process, provide an opportunity for early networking opportunities in the health field, facilitate social functions and peer interactions among Pre-PA students, and organize and participate in philanthropic events related to health care.
