VISA connects Vietnamese International students with other students in USF communities by hosting networking and academic activities, promoting new cultures, and providing supports in career and social life.
The purpose of VISA is to connect USF Vietnamese international students with USF students by engaging in social activities, programs, and involvement. We also create a welcoming atmosphere for new USF students, including Vietnamese international students by introducing new cultures; networking; academic success; and social life support.

In the spirit of the Lunar New Year, Tet Fair: Matopia 2026 is built around the theme “Cờ cá ngựa” (Ludo Board), an immersive, story-driven “game world” where guests move through five zones inspired by Ngũ Hành. Guests receive a paper bracelet and red envelopes containing “VISA Dollars,” which they use to participate in booth games and activities. This event will showcase the richness of Vietnamese culture while bringing together Vietnamese and international students in celebration.
