About Us
The Trans+ Student Union is a social organization for all TGI+ (trans, nonbinary, queer, intersex, gender non-conforming) people at USF. We host weekly meetings: monthly support groups, educational presentations (including diverse topics such as queer art, queer history (with a focus on BIPOC), biology, and legislation), and fun social events! Our goal is to provide safety and community for trans+ people at USF and beyond; to this end, we also help folks navigate legal name changes, social and medical transition (HRT/GCS), and resources at USF. Allies are welcome to interact with and learn from the community.
