2021-2022 President
Alexandria (Lexi) Rizzotto is a senior Political Science major. Lexi has been dancing for 17 years and her favorite style is contemporary and tap. After graduation, Lexi plans to open her own business for work in a political campaign. As the club President, Lexi is charge of running club meetings, facilitating practices, selecting the competition team, and is our team's main point of contact.
Vice President
Lauren Obrador is a senior majoring in Marine Biology and has been dancing for 19 years. Her favorite style of dance is jazz or contemporary, and after graduation has plans to work with marine life and protecting their environments. As our Vice President, Lauren takes on the role of assisting the President during meetings and practices, as well as posting and maintaining the social media pages.
Secretary
Shamya (Mya) Bouie is a sophomore majoring in Biology and has been dancing for a year. Her favorite style of dance is either Hip-Hop or Contemporary and after graduation, she hopes to become a respectable representative in the conservation field. As the Secretary, Mya is charge of recording the club roster, keeping important documents handy, knowing important dates for the officers and the club, and scheduling important events with that knowledge of the calendar.
Treasurer
Andrea (Andi) Garza is a junior majoring in Marine Biology and has been dancing for 2 years. Her favorite style of dance is Latin and after graduation, Andi plans to work in conservation and marine education. As the club Treasurer, Andi is in charge of club purchases, monitoring the budget, proposing the next year's budget, and assisting with showcase and competition specific purchases.
Production Manager
McLain is a junior Elementary Education major, minoring in Leadership Studies. She has been dancing for 17 years and her favorite style is ballet. After graduation McLain intends to continue on with her higher education and receive a Masters Degree in a different field of Education. As the Production Manager for the team, McLain serves as the event planner and will be in charge of marketing and planning the larger All Star appearances.
