Join The Health Education Action Team for an open conversation on health and wellness at USF St. Petersburg! This round table will give students the chance to connect with a panel of campus wellness experts, ask questions, and learn about the many health resources and pre-health opportunities available on your campus. Whether you’re looking for guidance on physical fitness, mental well-being, sexual health, or overall healthy living, this is your chance to gain some knowledge and have your voice heard to help shape a healthier campus community.
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Join Wellness Center counseling staff for a mindful walk around campus! Throughout this walk mindfulness skills will be taught for relaxation and stress reduction.
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Join us for mocktails and giveaways with education on alcohol and other drugs, hazing prevention, and medical amnesty.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Join us for a dance cardio session from a visiting instructor from DivaDance. There will also be light refreshments, a raffle, and bubble breathing following the dance cardio!
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Join us for Brushstrokes of Resilience, an interactive art experience dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Add your brushstroke, splatter paint, and express yourself on a collective canvas using the colors of awareness — green, yellow, and purple. Every mark is a message of hope, healing, and strength.
Mental health professionals will be present throughout the event to offer resources, support, and conversation.

Collegiate Life Alliance for Suicide Prevention is a coalition of Florida universities that promotes suicide awareness and prevention. The CLASP training teaches students how to Convey care, Listen without Judgement, Ask directly about suicide, Stay focused and present, and Provide resources to their peers.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Stop by and grab wellness and personal hygiene goodies while you learn about all of the incredible offerings happening throughout Wellness Week!
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Take a mindful break and join us for Words We Wear! Create your own affirmation bracelet by choosing a word that inspires, motivates, or comforts you. With beads and guidance provided, you’ll design a personalized bracelet to carry with you through midterms and beyond — a small reminder of strength, positivity, and self-care.
