Dr. Sumer Samhoury, MSPT, DPT is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy, and has over 15 years of pelvic health-focused clinical experience in NYC and Tampa. She is currently practicing full-time as a Pelvic PT at her own outpatient physical therapy clinic treating a wide range of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, weakness and sexual health issues. Prior to that she worked at USF’s PT clinic for 4 years where she collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of specialists to provide her patients with optimal care. Dr. Samhoury is also an educator and teaches Pelvic Health content in the DPT programs at both USF and Gannon Universities, and has had student interns from both the PT schools, as well as, medical residents and fellows.

Dr. Correa-Selm is a U.S. board certified dermatologist and internist, international dermatologist, fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and expert confocalist. She is an Associate Professor at the Dermatology Department of The University of South Florida, Vice Chair of Dermatology Institute at Tampa General Hospital and is part of the cutaneous oncology multidisciplinary team at Moffitt Cancer Center. Prior to being at USF/Moffitt, she was the Director of Cutaneous Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital while also teaching as an assistant professor at FSU. Before moving to Florida, she completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery in New Jersey after completing her Dermatology residency at Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Additionally, she also accomplished a confocal microscopy fellowship and a laser/cosmetic research fellowship. She also performed research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer in New York, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Cornell New York Downtown Hospital and performed research at Harvard's renowned Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston following spending one year as a physician in a remote underserved area of South America. She is a published author of numerous book chapters in dermatology as well as articles in important medical journals.

Dr. Greg Sullivan completed his medical education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences followed by General Psychiatry Residency and Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of South Florida. He is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida and Program Director for the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship. He also serves as Director of the Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa and provides inpatient geriatric psychiatric consultation services to the post-acute rehabilitation and long- term care units of the Tampa VA Community Living Center. Board-certified in both General and Geriatric Psychiatry, as well as Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, Dr. Sullivan specializes in neuropsychiatric assessment and interventional neurostimulation techniques for severe psychiatric illness, including electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation. His academic interests include complex delirium, decision-making capacity assessments, and the care of the aging LGBT patient. Dr. Sullivan is President of the Florida Geriatrics Society (FGS), chair of that organization's Advocacy and Public Policy Committee, and advocates for the interests of older adults as a representative to the Florida Medical Association House of Delegates. A dedicated educator, he serves on the clinical competency and program evaluation committees of various USF training programs, is a voting member of the USF Graduate Medical Education Committee and the GME Annual Institutional Review Committee, and chairs the USF GME Wellness Committee. He has been recognized with multiple teaching awards, including Outstanding Graduate Medical Education Program Director of the Year (2024), Psychiatry Teacher of the Year (2018, 2020), and Geriatric Fellowship Educator of the Year (2023).

As a member of the School of Aging Studies faculty, I teach and conduct research on topics related to ensuring older adults are able to age in the place of their choosing, remaining in their own homes as long as possible. My research also focuses on long-term care quality. I began my career as a newspaper reporter, covering education, politics, as well as aging, and resigned in 2012 to obtain a PhD from the School of Aging Studies. After graduating in 2016, I joined the faculty to teach and conduct research. Currently, I also direct the Florida Policy Exchange Center on Aging and serve as coordinator for Age Friendly USF.
