Uptown Sky Apartments Volunteerting

Hey Bulls! Join us at WellFed community food pantry in conjunction with Uptown Sky Apartments! We will be distributing free, nutritious food to those in need in the community. IMPORTANT: Please sign up through: work.wellbuilt.city (signing up for this event will automatically redirect you here) This event will be at Uptown Sky Apartment (13635 N 12th St, Tampa, FL 33613), about a 5 minute drive away from campus every Tuesday from 4:45pm-6:45pm. Mort Park Food Pantry Volunteering

These volunteer opportunities include assisting Dhalia with setting up The Well's mobile Kinship Free Markets, assisting with food distribution, and packing/cleaning up once the market ends. Join WellBuilt City and us in distributing food to those who need it at Mort Park every Wednesday starting at 2 PM! IMPORTANT: on top of this, sign up at work.wellbuilt.city (signing up for this on bullsconnect will automatically redirect here). - Meet at Mort Park to help stock shelves and hand out food to clients that come in every Wednesday at 2 PM-4PM - Address is 1815 E 148th Ave, Lutz, FL 33549, about a five-minute drive away from USF - Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress for the weather - IF there is enough donations, volunteers are always welcome to take some fruit or some bread home :) For questions contact Kendall Lloyd at lloydk@usf.edu. We cannot guarantee rides to any of our events.

Rotaract, with WellBuilt City, helped create this community garden from scratch in 2022 in one of the most needed zip codes. Tasks: -Maintaining the garden -Help with planting and fertilizing the plants Be prepared to get dirty! Please be sure to have: -Closed toed shoes -Dress for the weather -Water If you have any questions contact Service Chair Kendall at lloydk@usf.edu.
