About Us
IEEE RAS, (formerly the Mechatronics and Robotics Society) is a student-led engineering team that focuses on NASA’s Lunabotics Competition. The goal is to design, build, and test a lunar rover that is capable of excavation, working autonomously, and moving in simulated lunar environments. In addition, the organization deals in the development of other robotic systems as well as funding projects for showcases. We give students with hands on experience in mechanical, electrical, and software design while representing USF at the highest levels of robotics competition We Mainly communicate through discord.
