The Women of Color, in Medicine Club is dedicated to empowering and assisting women of color in the healthcare industry by offering representation, assistance, mentorship, advocacy, career advancement opportunities, community involvement and cultural recognition. Our goal is to tackle the obstacles encountered by women of color in medicine while nurturing a community that fosters individual and professional development. With our programs we strive to enhance visibility, champion fairness and diversity and establish a healthcare system that's more welcoming and fair all.
