About Us

The Engineering Student Council (E-Council) is identified as the governing body appointed by the USF College of Engineering Dean 'office to oversee all the engineering organizations, act as a liaison between them and office of the Dean and to run the budget allocation process for student organizations having budget requests related to technical projects and materials. Apart from that, E-council is a member of the National Association of Engineering Student Councils and is responsible to travel to NAESC regional and national conference in Fall and Spring Semester respectively. E-council helps student organizations connect with the student body, get access to promotional opportunities through the dean's office, help them function better, and convey student organizations' problems to SG. E-council also works towards promoting engineering majors in the college and hosts events to improve retention rates in the college of engineering.
