Join The CLCE Staff for this Stampede of Service: 9/11 Week of Service as we dive into the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 1: No Poverty & Goal 2: Zero Hunger. Students will support Metropolitan Ministries, a local non-profit focused on alleviating suffering, promoting dignity and instilling self-sufficiency within the homeless and at-risk community. Those who register for this hands-on experience will assist in one of the following areas: Family Support Center, Clothing Warehouse/Thrift Store, Kitchen, Environmental, or CREATE.

ALL volunteers MUST wear closed-toe shoes (i.e. sneakers), long pants (jeans or athletic pants are fine), and t-shirts with sleeves. Volunteers out of dress code will not be allowed to volunteer.


Below is the Event schedule:
1:45 PM - 2:00 PM | Meet at service location for check-in and pre-service discussion
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Service with Metropolitan Ministries


We encourage you to wear any USF green and gold apparel you have. If you would like to pick up a CLCE "Create Positive Change" shirt make sure to swing by our office (MSC 3302), and show a staff member that you are registered for the upcoming service event (both on BullsConnect and Metropolitan Ministries Website) to receive a shirt.
