Mission
WiCyS at USF is inclusive and empowering community dedicated to advancing women and underrepresented groups in cybersecurity and related fields. While our focus is on supporting women, we welcome all who share our mission to build a more diverse and equitable cybersecurity community.  Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we help students develop both technical and soft skills alongside with confidence and leadership opportunities to prepare them to succeed in the cybersecurity workforce. By collaborating with academic institutions, student organizations, and industry partners, we strive to close the gender gap and foster a meaningful growth for individuals and for the field itself.
