The Women in Leadership Program is your welcoming opportunity to connect with the WIB community, where you’ll take part in exclusive workshops focused on leadership, professional development, and career growth — all tailored to empower women. You’ll gain access to inspiring women leaders, set up coffee chats, and be matched with a dedicated mentor from our Executive Board who will guide you through your journey.

It’s an opportunity to learn from those who have walked the path and become part of a strong, empowering community.
