Hello EWBers! We've got some news this month:

General club updates:

  • GBM this Monday 7PM at ENG 003 (across the hall from last month's GBM)! As a reminder, this means project meetings are cancelled this entire week. Masks required!
  • Agua es Vida Walk-a-thon Fundraiser:
    • We're starting a month-long fundraiser where we encourage people to donate money for every mile we walk. Millions of people across the world have no access to clean water, and must walk on average 3.7 miles a day and carry 5 gallons of water back to their families. Joining is free and our goal is to walk either 25, 50, 75, or 100(!!) miles each this month, but you're more than welcome to join if you can't walk as much! Any amount helps, even $0.50/mi is a great starting point. Here's the link to join on the Strava app and log your miles, and here's our donation page! If you have any questions reach out to us on Slack or at ewbusf@gmail.com
    • We're also starting a kickoff to start this month strong! Join us for a walk at Lettuce Lake park 10 AM this Saturday (10/2) and some Thinh An after!
