Wrestling Practice

Wrestling practice is a high energy, disciplined environment focused on constant improvement. Athletes work on conditioning, technique, live wrestling, and mental toughness while pushing each other to get better every day. Practices are fast paced, challenging, and supportive built to develop strength and competitive grit.

📍 Location & Directions:
Practice is held at Chamberlain High School.
Please enter through Ola Street and follow signs to the gym. Ona Street runs along the south side of the school and provides direct access for practice entry.
