About Us
VSA at USF holds bi-weekly general body meetings in which anyone on campus may attend! Each meeting highlights a different aspect of Vietnamese history, culture, or language with a presentation, a fun icebreaker, and social time for members to bond with each other. Each semester VSA holds an ACE (Anh, Chi, Em or Big/Little) program where members can participate and create lasting friendships that ultimately facilitate them to become a part of our gia đình (family).VSA holds two major events, one during fall semester and one during spring semester. Heart of Vietnam is the fall philanthropic banquet event. The event is a night filled with entertainment and cultural performances that highlight Vietnamese culture. Proceeds go to our annual philanthropy. VSA's annual Tet Banquet is held in the spring to celebrate Vietnamese New Year and is completely free to those who attend.
