- Establish mission, vision, and long-term strategic direction for a Sports Business Club, position club as a premier student-led NIL agency at USF; develop and implement a sustainable business model, facilitate NIL opportunities for USF student-athletes, ensure compliance with NCAA, state, and university policies - Advocate NIL education, innovation, and professional development, designate roles for club structure to include Vice President, Director of Athlete Relations, Director of Partnerships, Marketing & Media Team, and Compliance Officers - Create policies, processes, and best practices for athlete representation, partnership negotiations, marketing strategies, and financial tracking; manage mentorship pipeline with USF alumni and industry professionals - Attract, onboard, educate and manage student-athletes who seek NIL representation through the club, collaborate with student-athletes, build personal brands, develop marketing strategies, and identify monetization opportunities - Negotiate and facilitate NIL deals with businesses, brands, and local sponsors while maintaining transparency and compliance; educate athletes on financial literacy, contract negotiation, and brand management, maximize their NIL potential - Solicit relationships with local businesses, national brands, alumni, and industry leaders to secure sponsorships, endorsements, and NIL deal opportunities; organize networking events, pitch meetings, and sponsorship outreach, collaborate with legal advisors, structure fair and ethical agreements between student-athletes and partnering entities - Direct club’s branding, social media, and public relations, increase visibility within USF community and sports business industry, collaborate content strategies, showcase successful NIL deals, athlete partnerships, and student achievements, organize workshops, guest speaker
