Join the Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement for a two-day Bulls Service Break with The Spring of Tampa Bay focused on domestic violence prevention, survivor advocacy, healthy relationships, and community action.
Through interactive learning, community conversations, hands-on service, and guided reflection, students will explore power and control dynamics, barriers survivors may experience, the effects of domestic violence on children, dating violence prevention, systems advocacy, and the role of community partnerships in creating safer and more supportive communities.
Students will participate in an interactive In Her Shoes experience, learn from community advocates and professionals, serve alongside The Spring of Tampa Bay, and reflect on how they can continue contributing to positive change in the Tampa Bay community.
This is more than a volunteer experience. It's an opportunity to learn, serve, reflect, and act—connecting your leadership and civic engagement to a critical community issue right here in Tampa Bay.
