The German Culture Club board decided it was time to finally get this event off the ground. 🇩🇪 🍂 We’re spending the day and evening de-stressing after tests. 🫠

🌆 We'll meet up at Armature Works. Feel feel to bring a friend if you're new! Alumni are also welcome! This event is free and for all ages.
✅ Petting zoo
✅ Pumpkin patch
✅ Local vendors
✅ Food
✅ Riverfront hangout
🌟 Kannst soviel deutsch sprechen wie du magst (can speak as much german as you like) 🌟

🚗 Come and go as you please. The board is ready to help out with transportation when we can - we planned this and want to help you enjoy it.

📱 GCC GroupMe: This will be our main way of staying connected throughout the day. Not in the chat? Please check out @usfgermanclub for details.

HINWEIS: Please register as soon as possible so we can make sure you get your GCC event wristband.

After the GCC event has concluded at 5:00: if you are 21+, you'll have the chance to visit the official Oktoberfest Tampa at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. As a registered attendee, your GCC wristband will help you know who came with the group. If others want to keep hanging out, Sparkman Wharf isn't too far away either. 😋

All activities after 5:00 are informal and separate from the official GCC event. The suggestions here solely reflect the options nearby for members to keep socializing.

Updated Oct. 4: WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3 more VOLUNTEERS:
Help the vice president, Ian, with set-up, tear-down, or float during Oktoberfest Tampa festival. Please dm us on Instagram or e-mail jbreidenbach@usf.edu for questions or to sign up. We need 3 more volunteers to represent with GCC. ☺️ You don't need to volunteer the whole time!
