This workshop will support students in defining their roles and responsibilities as an officer of a student organization. Participants will explore what makes an officer role well-defined, examine responsibilities commonly associated with different officer positions, and identify how clear roles can support effective organizational functioning.

At the conclusion of this program, students who actively engage will be able to:

Describe what a well-defined officer role is.
Outline responsibilities typically held by specific officer roles.
