Time to Thrive Tuesdays is a wellness series designed to help students build sustainable habits for a healthier, more balanced college experience.
Each session focuses on one of three core areas:
😌 Stress & Anxiety Management – Evidence-based tools to build resilience and improve mental well-being
😴 Sleep – Guidance on establishing healthy sleep routines to boost focus, memory, and mood
🥗 Nutrition – Holistic nutrition and strategies to support energy and concentration
