Specializing in investments within Northern Trust's proprietary Goals Driven Wealth Management framework, Glenn has been with the company since 1993. He began his career in 1987 at First Florida Bank in Tampa, Florida, serving as an equity analyst and portfolio manager before joining Northern Trust. Glenn holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. Active in his community, Glenn has served as Chair of the Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast, President of CFA Tampa Bay, and Vice President of the Resurrection House of Sarasota.

David Webb is a Senior Vice President and the Regional Senior Investment Officer for Northern Trust's Florida West Coast region, based in Tampa. He oversees investment management and planning for client portfolios and promotes best practices among investment professionals across West Florida. Additionally, David chairs the Northern Trust Concentration Committee and serves on the Investment Advisory Committee, overseeing client investment solutions. With over 30 years of experience, he joined Northern Trust in 1999 as a Portfolio Manager. Previously, he was Senior Managing Director at North Carolina Trust Company (now U.S. Trust of North Carolina) and worked at Barnett Trust Company, N.A. David earned his B.S. with honors from Florida State University and holds both Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. Active in the community, he has served as president of the Manasota ARC Board and as a board member of the Campo YMCA.

She began her role in May 2024 after graduating from USF as an alumna of the Student Managed Investment Fund, with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Investment Analysis. Mia’s work involves supporting her Portfolio Advisors to manage their clients’ portfolios in line with their financial goals. As she gains experience, Mia is taking on a more proactive role in client meetings and investment recommendations. She is pursuing the CFA Charter to further advance her knowledge of investment management.
