FREE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS! Join us Wednesday March 5th for a group fitness experience unlike any other! The event will be held from 6pm to 9pm. We start with a 30-minute Pilates class from 6:30pm to 7pm, followed by Yoga from 7:15pm to 7:45pm. After that, the fun begins! Music, Dance, Food, Prizes and an opportunity to appreciate the community we've built together.
