USF Debate Club focuses on the fundamentals of argument construction and effective rebuttal techniques. Participants will learn how to craft persuasive, logical arguments using the Claim-Evidence-Warrant-Impact model and practice responding to opposing viewpoints with confidence. The session includes an interactive workshop, a quick-thinking rebuttal drill, and a mini-debate exercise to enhance critical thinking and public speaking skills.

Learning Objectives:

✅ Learn and apply rebuttal strategies to challenge opposing views.
✅ Develop clarity, confidence, and logical reasoning in speaking.
