The Monthly BSB Trip Advisor Trainings equip faculty and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support Bulls Service Breaks (BSB). These sessions cover risk management, financial procedures, mentorship strategies, and leadership development to ensure a safe and impactful service experience. Advisors engage in scenario-based learning, discussions on social issues, and best practices for guiding student leaders. By attending, Trip Advisors enhance their ability to mentor students, manage logistics, and uphold USF’s commitment to civic engagement.
