Research Study Recruitment: Up To Me

Join our research study evaluating a peer-led, group-based mental health intervention, Up To Me. The research study aims to provide students with mental health challenges the skills they may need if they decide to disclose their mental health challenge to others (e.g., professors, friends, supervisors). By participating in the intervention and through hearing the experiences of their peers, we hope that participants will be better informed to make safe disclosure choices while feeling empowered.
