Specifically for USF Health students and staff, receive your annual flu shot and/or COVID-19 booster at CAMLS Suite 323. Vaccinations administered by USF Student Health. Food, refreshments, and giveaways provided. Please bring your insurance card. Flu Shots offered at no out of pocket cost to students. Any insurance payment received will support specialty and advocacy services. Staff must use insurance or self-pay $25 for flu shots. COVID boosters with insurance coverage or at a self-pay rate of $140 for students and staff.
Food Provided (Publix subs, fruit, snacks. )
