This workshop is designed to empower students regarding their career confidence. Centered on the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Readiness Competencies, participants will gain insights on implementing the competencies into their career development and planning. Students will understand how the competencies affect their academic and career involvements. Furthermore, they will gain knowledge on how to use these competencies in their career planning, such as networking, resume development, and interview preparation.
