Mathew Knowles, MBA, PhD, is a distinguished music executive, entrepreneur and educator with a remarkable track record in the entertainment industry. As the founder of Music World Entertainment, he transformed the company into a global powerhouse with over 450 million records sold, managing some of the world's most iconic artists and groups, including Destiny's Child. Under his guidance, Destiny's Child became one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, with numerous awards and chart-topping hits. Knowles' strategic vision and keen business acumen were instrumental in the group's success and the launch and development of Beyoncé and Solange's solo career via Music World Artist Management.

Beyond artist management, Knowles diversified his portfolio to include a record label, a publishing company, and a talent management division. Music World Entertainment has made significant contributions across various genres. Knowles' entrepreneurial spirit has also led him into film and television production, expanding his influence within the entertainment industry. His work has provided a platform for emerging talents and also set new standards in music and entertainment excellence.​

In addition to his business achievements, Knowles is a dedicated speaker, educator and author, sharing his insights and experiences with audiences and conferences worldwide.
