Come meet Medical Geneticist, Dr. Sanchez-Valle, and Clinical Nutritionist, Kristin Spence, to learn more about PKU and its associated diet. We will have PKU protein shake and food samples to try, as well as a PKU patient to talk to and learn more about their diet and lifestyle!
