Officer Training Series - Managing Officer Vacancies

The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff.

This session will provide participants with strategies to effectively address and manage unexpected vacancies within their student organizations. We will explore interim officer appointment, task delegation, and maintaining organizational stability during transitions (both as an organization and as officers). Attendees will learn how to create a proactive plan to ensure continuity and leadership resilience.
