Chinese Traditional Games with CCLC

Join us for our first General Body Meeting (GBM) of the year on Wednesday, September 4th, from 5:30-7:15 PM in MSC 3709 Heron. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Chinese traditional games, where you’ll learn about the history behind each game, how to play, and some fun facts along the way.

What’s Happening?

Throwing Fists: Test your luck and intuition in this finger-throwing game. Who can get the closest to the caller’s number?
Round and Round: Spin your way to victory! Blindfolded participants will navigate their way to a taped circle on the floor, aiming to land in the highest-scoring section.
Throwing the Square: Aiming for precision, players will try to land their bean bags in the same area as their opponent's. Will you score 2 points or miss the mark entirely?
What to Expect:

Traditional Chinese snacks and drinks like rice crackers, lychee jellies, Wang Lao Ji herbal tea, and more!
Beautiful paper fan decorations to set the festive mood.
This event is a perfect way to meet new friends, enjoy some fun games, and dive into Chinese culture. See you there!
