Officer Training Series - Conflict Resolution & Civil Interactions

The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff.

Conflict can occur in any organization or group! This session will aim to discuss managing and resolving conflicts within student organizations. The session will delve into common causes of conflicts, the importance of conflict management for officers, and introduce restorative practices for effective conflict resolution.
