The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff.

This session will focus on strategies for effectively implementing change within student organizations and building buy-in from members. Participants will explore change management techniques, the importance of communication during transitions, and methods for centering common purpose for group development.
