Officer Training Series - Recruiting and Engaging New Members

The Officer Training Series is an open-invite, weekly training focused on student organization officers. Each session, we discuss various topics that pertain to student organization leadership, and all student organization officers are invited to attend, connect with their fellow officers and CLCE staff.

This session will discuss Recruiting and Engaging new members. Starting an organization at USF is easy – keeping one sustained is where the work comes in! Recruiting new members who stay engaged is critical to the growth and sustainability of any student organization. In this session, we will discuss purposeful outreach strategies, marketing, challenges, and continuous engagement and development.
