What is Career Shadow Day?
Career Shadowing provides a behind-the-scenes look, a "Day in the Life," of a professional working in a career of interest. The focus of the experience is for you to learn more about the rewards/challenges of a career, the skills required to succeed and to assess realistic career options

The experience helps students make informed career decisions and develop connections, sometimes long-lasting friendships, with professionals in our community. We do not guarantee employment or an internship, but many students have landed jobs or internships by making a great impression.


When is it? Friday, October 4, 2024, 9AM to 1PM

Who should attend?
Seniors ready for employment.
Freshman exploring career options.
Sophomores & Juniors seeking internships.

How is the day scheduled?
Shadowing with the professional at their worksite: 9:00am to 11:00am
Lunch and networking with all participants, Dr. Holbrook and Chamber Presidents: 11:30am to 1:00pm
