King Suites End of The Year Banquet

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Suites, called "King Suites" is a Residential Community Program that was proposed by students a few years ago. The program focuses on the lived and campus experience of our Black and/or African American residential students. King Suites creates an intentional experience within the residence hall where students can identify and relate to their peers in various ways. The program partners with other campus offices like mine (Office of Multicultural Affairs) to create a sense of community. King suites is in Pelican Apartments.
You are invited to join us for the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Suites Banquet – an evening dedicated to commemorating our achievements, cherishing found memories, and celebrating each and every one of our students. Attire is business casual.
The banquet will be a memorable occasion, complete with:
• A keynote speaker addressing the highlights of the year
• Delicious food
• Music and dancing
• A special sendoff to recognize our graduating students
• An opportunity to honor both our current and incoming members of the profound King Suites program
