Details

Do you like working with kids? Interested in gardening and sustainability? Enthusiastic about nutrition or culinary arts? The WellFed Community is looking for extra hands for a weekly garden to table education program aimed at improving food literacy in the youth of Ybor City. With your help, kids will learn about what it takes to grow and prepare nutritious and fulfilling meals for themselves and their families.

-Meet every Tuesday at 3 PM at the Ybor St. Community Garden (2924 Ybor St, Tampa, FL, 33605)
-Park along Ybor St., and be careful not to block driveways or impede traffic
-Wear closed toed shoes and dress for weather (may need hat, sunscreen, bug spray)
-Bring water
