About Us
The purpose and goals of the Student Leadership Council is to represent the voice of the Student Body to the University of South Florida College of Pharmacy Administration and Faculty, as well as all Standing Committees of the College of Pharmacy. The Council's governance includes the responsibilities of collecting and expressing student opinion, upholding constitutional rules and regulations, and serving as a liaison between students and faculty. The following goals are established in order to foster a dynamic learning environment that promotes professionalism and scholarship: acquire distinction as a prestigious, nationally recognized College of Pharmacy through extensive service and scholarship, provide an official voice through which the Student Body may effectively express its opinion in order to accomplish responsible and active participation in this organization, facilitate projects related to the Pharmacy profession, which will benefit the students, the College, the University, and the community, and attain the highest level of inter-professionalism in order to lead the health care industry toward patient-centered care.
