Women in Business is honored to host Sarah E. Endline, CEO & Founder of DearSarah for an engaging event focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability on a global scale.

A visionary impact entrepreneur, creative strategist, and global changemaker who builds sweet movements to fix the world, she now leads DearSarah, a Benefit Corporation pioneering AI for social good and purpose-driven media aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She is also active in the digital art scene through Sazzy and has an eco-fashion statement line called Sazzy by Sarita.

A longtime Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Innovation Lab, Sarah previously founded and built Sweetriot in New York City—a Certified B Corporation and Inc. 500/5000 company—which partnered with Whole Foods to feature fair trade cacao and emerging artists and was profiled by The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, and Fortune.

Drawing from her academic education at Harvard Business School and her worldview, informed by work and travel across 100+ countries with AIESEC, EO, and The US State Department, Sarah will share her career path, her work in advocacy for equity in innovation and entrepreneurship and uplifting women and underrepresented founders, and mentoring emerging leaders on a global scale.
