Join us in “Boo Boo Care: Medical Spanish Conversations,” an interactive session hosted by U.N.I.D.O.S. to practice medical Spanish terminology. We’ll explore UN Sustainable Development Goal #3 (Good Health and Wellbeing) and #10 (Reduced Inequalities) as we share language access strategies to provide better communication with the Hispanic/Latinx community in the clinical setting. We will raise awareness of language barriers in healthcare and discuss strategies to overcome them.
