About Us

Welcome to SoFlo Raas! This is the University of South Florida's competitive Raas team. Raas is a dance style that originated in Gujrat, India that incorporates dandiyas, or wooden sticks, into the highly energetic dance that involves fast-paced footwork and intricate hand movements. We also have a creative team that works on set building, which is an excellent opportunity for those who do not want to dance.
