Open Positions

Secretary Application Form 

• Recording accurate meeting minutes for E-Board, leadership, and town halls.
• Helping build agendas and tracking follow-up action items and strikes (late/unfinished tasks).
• Managing SOAR’s official communication channels (email, Discord announcements, BullsConnect).
• Creating and updating events on BullsConnect and tracking attendance/statistics.
• Supporting newsletters / briefings, outreach emails, and COE announcements.
• Helping maintain basic inventory & document organization (shared drives, templates, records).

Chief of Marketing Application Form 

• Oversees SOAR’s brand and visibility on campus and online.
• All marketing operations (social media, graphics, content, PR, website).
• A marketing team that may include: Marketing Officer, PR Lead, Multimedia Chair(s), Historian, and Web Developer.
• Coordination with E-Board, project leads, and campus entities for events and outreach.

Fluids Lead (Torito): Torito Lead Application Form 

• This role focuses on feed system development, valves, plumbing layout, and supporting fluid related preparations for testing. 
• Candidates should have a solid understanding of fluid systems and be ready to lead design and testing tasks within the subsystem. 
• This role includes an onboarding period with former fluids contributors to ensure a complete knowledge handover before you take full ownership of the subsystem.

Safety Lead (Torito): Torito Lead Application Form 

• This role focuses on team safety, procedures, checklists, PPE standards, hazard identification, and ensuring the team follows safe practices during all build and test operations. 
• Candidates would preferably have lab experience, knowledge of EHS policies, and an understanding of chemical safety.
