In this talk, we will discuss the impact that the breath has on our mental health and well-being. We will examine the close association between the mind and breath, touch upon the science of emotional regulation, and the research behind SKY breathwork. Participants will learn breath techniques to calm the mind, and end the session with a guided meditation.

Learning Objectives:
1. Become aware of the connection between the state of our mind and our breath.
2. Explore the potential of the breath in managing our emotions.
3. Learn a breathing technique to calm and focus the mind.

Could something as simple and cost-effective as our own breath be a remedy in the current mental health crisis?
