During the SKY Happiness Retreat, students will be taught evidence-based breathwork and meditation techniques and develop resilience, emotional and stress management, and make positive social connections. According to a research study from Yale on the SKY Happiness Retreat, students have reported improvements in six areas of well-being: depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and social connectedness. A Harvard study found that participants of the SKY program developed better sleep quality & resiliency against anticipatory stress.
