USF NABA Membership Expectations & Rewards

This semester, we introduced a point system to encourage participation and recognize our most active members. Below is a summary of our membership expectations and the rewards for staying engaged.

Membership Expectations

• Attend at least 60% of all chapter meetings.*
• Bring a friend—networking is key.
• Pay membership dues of $35.*
• Prepare/provide at least two questions for meetings with firms/speakers.*
• Post/repost NABA events & flyers on social media.
• Join a committee each semester.

Member Rewards

• Top 5 members will receive an all-expense-paid trip to the 2025 NABA National Convention in Las Vegas (valued at $1,500).
• One scholarship ($500–$1,000) will be awarded to a deserving student.
• A selected student will be granted a personal meeting with their preferred recruiter/brand.

NABA Scholarship Applications Opening Soon!

Great news! The NABA Scholarship will be opening soon, providing an incredible opportunity for students to receive financial support for their education.

Please note: You must be registered as a NABA member on the official website to apply for the scholarship. For guidance, please refer to the Membership Registration Steps document attached.

Game Night with NABA

We sincerely appreciate everyone who joined us for Game Night on February 13th. It was a fantastic evening filled with great energy, friendly competition, and meaningful connections. Your participation made the event a success, and we are grateful for your support.

NABA Southern Leadership Retreat

On February 8th, board members from all Florida NABA chapters gathered for the NABA Leadership Retreat, a dynamic event focused on innovation and leadership. The weekend was spent brainstorming new initiatives aimed at improving the member experience and creating more opportunities for professional growth.
