Join MNY for a presentation from our Financial Education Team, a research-based group within MNY focused on making important personal finance and investing topics more accessible to students. The team will examine why many young adults are finding it increasingly difficult to build financial stability, exploring pressures such as rising college costs, wages struggling to keep pace with inflation, and the growing cost of housing, rent, and insurance. They will also discuss challenges facing new graduates in a changing labor market, including the effects of AI and the emerging “low-hire, low-fire” environment, as well as how declining international student enrollment can place additional financial pressure on U.S. universities. Attendees will leave with a broader understanding of the economic forces shaping the financial lives of today’s young adults and what those trends may mean as they begin their careers.
