Website Mission

Mission
Our group comprises individuals with a wide range of educational backgrounds, from those returning at a non-traditional age and wanting to earn degrees to further their careers, undergrad and graduate students, veterans, to those with advanced degrees seeking a retirement lifestyle. We provide younger students an opportunity to meet adults (that are not their family) who can be friends, mentors, and profession connections to advance their future careers.

Our Goals are:
1 To support and encourage community involvement among the diverse student body of non-traditional age students who choose to be lifelong learners.
2 To facilitate an inter-generational exchange between older and younger students.
3 To positively educate and inform society by promoting lifelong learning.
4 To advocate for the inclusion of issues relevant to non-traditional age students within the administrative and academic framework of the University of South Florida.
