Frank has built a strong career in public finance and investment banking, working with cities, states, and other municipal entities to support critical infrastructure and capital projects. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he held public finance roles at Citi and Raymond James, where he progressed from analyst to vice president over several years. Earlier in his career, Frank also served as a Bank Examiner and Financial Analyst with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, giving him a well-rounded perspective on financial institutions and public-sector finance.
As a Tampa Bay native and USF graduate, Frank brings both local insight and deep industry experience. He will share his career journey, discuss the role of public finance within investment banking, and offer guidance for students interested in pursuing careers in finance.
This is a valuable opportunity to learn about public finance, investment banking, and career development from a USF alum working at one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
